The Price

If you shoot a star does it bleed in to millions of pieces
Spiraling into the void of space with violent shards of fire and ice
Giving birth in it's death and killing that which lives?

If you shoot a star does it blood flow across the fabric of space
To slowly cool in the rock hard vacuum of the great void
Thrashing fitfully with sporadic flares of life that sputter in and out?

If you kill a star will you be around to pay the price?

...Will anyone?
